ASIAN LEGAL BUSINESS ARTICLE SPOTLIGHTS GROWTH OF COLLABORATIVE PRACTICE

Collaborative practice, an alternative approach to settling family disputes and divorce cases through out of court settlements, has shown signs of having taken root in Hong Kong.  HWG has 4 members in the Hong Kong Collaborative Practice Group, a group whose members comprise of solicitors, barristers, financial advisors and health professionals.  An article  in the March edition of Asian Legal Business discusses the importance of Collaborative Practice and features an interview with one of HWG’s Collaborative Practitioners, Winnie Chow.
