Employment
The firm's employment practice covers all types of employment issues in Hong Kong, including drafting of employment contracts, deeds of restrictive covenants and other employment related agreements. It also advises clients on rights, obligations and other issues on the part of the employers or employees, under the Employment Ordinance, Employees Compensation Ordinance and the laws on discrimination.
