JEAN-YVES TOULLEC
He is one of the founding partners of CRTD et Associés, a leading French law firm in civil and commercial litigation. For many years Jean-Yves was actively involved in a non-profit organisation providing training in law in Vietnam. He has extended his practice to English law and was admitted as a solicitor of England and Wales in 1997 and became President of the French section of the Franco-British Lawyers Society organising and taking part in numerous events and seminars. His continuing interest for Asia and China in particular lead him to be admitted as a solicitor in Hong Kong in 2006. He then joined a local Hong Kong law firm as a consultant solicitor in November 2006 and joined in January 2008 the firm of Hampton, Winter and Glynn where he is involved in assisting French and European companies expand their operations to Hong Kong and China. Jean-Yves was admitted to the Paris Bar in 1975. During 30 years of practice in France he has acquired an extensive experience in numerous aspects of French law especially in the field of commercial law and enforcement of judgment debts.
