WINNIE CHOW
Winnie Chow was educated at the University of Manchester (BA Law and Accounting) and was admitted in Hong Kong in 2001. She joined Hampton, Winter & Glynn in 1999 and became a partner in 2006. She is part of the firm's family practice.
Winnie Chow is actively involved in the advancement of family law in Hong Kong and is a member of the following organisations:-

Internationally, Winnie Chow is a fellow of the International Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, and a member of the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts, which is an inter-disciplinary and international association of professionals dedicated to improving the lives of children and families through the resolution of family conflict.
In line with the recent trend of resolving conflict through alternative dispute resolution, Winnie has trained in Family Mediation. She is also heavily involved with the introduction of Collaborative Practice to Hong Kong and is the first Hong Kong member of the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals. She is also a member of the Hong Kong Collaborative Practice Group and underwent the first ever Collaborative Training in Hong Kong in February 2010.
Winnie Chow has given talks on family law matters both in Hong Kong and overseas. She had also participated in the hotline for legal advice on family law, on a pro-bono basis, organized by the Hong Kong Federation of Women Lawyers. Winnie Chow is also a case reporter of the Hong Kong Family Law Reports, and is one of the authors of a major family law book, which is expected to be published later this year.
Winnie Chow is also an appointed Civil Celebrant of Marriages.
