
Kelvin Leung is an experienced commercial and property lawyer who joined Hampton, Winter and Glynn in 2006.
His clients range from high net worth individuals to business and professional service groups in Hong Kong, China and around the world. Kelvin advises on a variety of commercial legal matters in Hong Kong, including formation, sale and purchase of companies; real estate and intellectual property matters; joint ventures; agency and loan facilities, etc.
He also specialises in regulatory compliance advice, such as licensing and personal data privacy matters. He advises extensively on complex probate and estate administration matters, usually involving cross-border estate assets administration.
Kelvin was admitted in Hong Kong in 2000 and obtained an overseas legal qualification in Canada in 2004. He is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
