A BRIEF OUTLINE OF THE COMPETITION ORDINANCE

 Competition Ordinance, Cap.619 ("the Ordinance") comes into effect on 14 December 2015.  The Ordinance is based primarily on Articles 101 and 102 Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union Regulation 1/2002 and UK Competition Act 1998 and the Enterprise Act 2002.

WINNIE CHOW ADDRESSES 4^TH LAWASIA FAMILY LAW CONFERENCE, 13/14 JULY 2012

Winnie Chow and Elaine Sum (Partners) and Esther Ho and Calvin Loke (Associates) represented HWG at the 4^th LAWASIA Family Law Conference, held in Penang, Malaysia on 13^th/14^th July 2012.  Under the heading ‘The New Global Family’, the Conference examined emerging trends and challenges to family practice.
