Francis Rodrigues is a property lawyer who joined Hampton, Winter and Glynn in 1988. He became a Partner in 1991. 

 

HWG is an accredited firm for most of the banks in Hong Kong, and Francis has represented numerous major corporations.  He has also overseen the conveyancing for some of Hong Kong’s major private purchases. 

 

Francis specialises in assisting local and international clients to deal with the intricacies of Hong Kong property law.  His expertise is also of value to expatriate clients requiring holistic advice on other matters including personal tax, immigration procedures and tenancy regulations.

 

Francis is a Notary Public.  He has also assisted with the legal establishment of new charitable organisations and he serves as a legal adviser to local charities.

 

Francis was admitted as a solicitor in Hong Kong in 1986, and in England and Wales in 1991.  He is locally educated and trained, and fluent in English and Cantonese. As such, he has a good grasp of the local practices and law relating to property matters.
