Kenneth Lee is a civil and criminal litigator who has worked on some of Hong Kong’s most high profile High Court cases and lengthy trials in recent years.  He joined Hampton, Winter and Glynn in 2000 and became a Partner in 2009.

 

In civil litigation he has represented public companies and their subsidiaries in a wide range of actions, including insurance litigation, defamation, injunctions and contractual disputes.

 

In criminal litigation, he has represented clients accused of offences ranging from commercial crimes such as fraud and money laundering to murder, theft, assault and dangerous drugs offences.

 

Kenneth is a trained mediator who has also represented clients in arbitrations and mediations.  He is a solicitor on the Legal Aid Panel.

 

Kenneth was admitted in Hong Kong in 2000.  He is fluent in English and Cantonese.
