Ophelia Chan trained with Hampton, Winter and Glynn and qualified as a Solicitor in Hong Kong in 2015. During her traineeship at Hampton, Winter and Glynn, Ophelia has gained experience in different practice areas, including civil and criminal litigation, matrimonial proceedings and conveyancing transactions.
Ophelia later moved to a prestigious local firm to practice commercial litigation before joining Hampton, Winter and Glynn in 2019 again. Besides continuing advising client on civil and commercial litigation matters, she has also increasingly been involved in advising client on divorce, custody and access of children and ancillary relief.
Ophelia is a Civil Celebrant of Marriages. She speaks fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
